Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to securely package the artwork for return.
3. Packaging: Use the original packaging materials if possible. If not, ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned artwork, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the inspection is complete.
3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made via credit card, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
